Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one of a kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not exactly match the photo, it’s intent will. Occasionally, substitution of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Cremation rings are a very special way to honor the passing of a loved one with the final wishes of cremation rather than burial. Printed ribbons are clean and are offered in colors that complement the color of flowers chosen. This Cremation Ring shown is in all red roses. Common rose colors are white, red, yellow, orange, pink, and lavender and can also be mixed colors in an appropriate way that most favors the remembered. Sizes vary based on shape and size of urn. Please call the shop to customize your order and to provide details of urn size/shape.
